This flag is about knowing something about how data can be encoded in our world.

On fiber optic networks, data is encoded as light. (see )

In telephone modems back from the 90's, data was encoded as sound similar to the following:

Once you listen you should be able to know what these sounds codes are. The only problem is that there are multiple standards of this code, but we did put a hint in the filename.

You could learn this system yourself, but that would take too long - is there an online tool that helps decode these messages?
